| Giggles The Clown lives in North Babylon NY USA and is from Alley Ooops Clown Alley #233. He does walkarounds and gives stickers out to kids of all ages. His eyes are a cool Blue which color co-ordinates to his hair and he's very playful and VERY cute! He likes to giggle alot and clown around and do slapstiques and pantomime and take pies in the face.
